5 Essential Habits for Productive Mornings

Here are five essential habits backed by science to make your mornings productive:
  • Hydrate immediately: Drink at least 250ml of water right after getting out of bed to wake up your body and improve cognitive performance. [
  • Move your body: Spend 10 to 20 minutes on light exercise, stretching, or a brisk walk to boost blood flow and increase mental alertness.
  • Eat a balanced breakfast: Fuel up with protein and complex carbs to stabilize blood sugar and prevent mid-morning energy crashes.
  • Plan your top priorities: Outline your main goals and tackle your most important task first before checking emails or diving into distractions.
  • Avoid early phone scrolling: Keep your phone out of reach initially to protect your focus and prevent early decision fatigue.
