As the Spring Breaks and the Warmth Returns…

Our client feedback of January went very well with a 98% satisfaction score.  We are really honoured to be so highly regarded by our lovely clients.
 

We will be having another feedback session in May and invite all our clients to engage openly with this process.  This enables us to ensure the service we are providing is responding to your needs.  

In other news, Nicole and I have updated all our training and are expanding our knowledge.  We are coving specialisation training now such as diabetes, parkinsons, stoma and other chronic conditions.  This enables us to deal with issues in a more knowledgeable way.

We are still on the hunt for committed and compansionate people to join our team, however this is proving difficult.  But we are committed to a high standard and will continue to expect any potential staff to hold that standard.

As the economy is pressing on us all, we have had to make the difficult decision of raising prices.  While we are mindful of the costs as they have implications for you all, with fuel prices surging as well as all other business expenses, we have found ourselves in a position where we have had no choice.  

As we brace ourselves for another summer, I urge you all to stay well hydrated and if hydration is a problem please speak to us about Jelly drops, this is a marvellous way to maintain hydration levels which in our older years is so critical to maintaining health.

We would also like to let you all know, that as the NHS has changed suppliers of incontinence products and you are all so unhappy with the new stock, we have been able to locate the original supplier and are able to supply the products at cost to all our lovely service users.  We are also able to stock all other care consumables such as commode liners, protective sheet covers etc.  Please reach out and let us know if you require any help with these items.
